| Brazilian mother gets visa. |

| Our client is a Brazilian citizen who came to UK at the age of 16 as a visitor and has been overstaying in UK. She has a partner who is also from Brazil. Her partner has indefinite leave to remain in UK. She has 2 children in the relationship. She came to us for assistance to regularise her visa. We were able to identify that her children are British Citizens and accordingly we advised and assisted her in getting the children British passport. She also successfully completed an ESOL course at A1 Level. Further issue in this matter was that her partner was on benefits and was not working but his brother was working who was willing to offer his support for her application.
We then made an application to the UKBA on the basis that she has children who are British Citizens and has a stable relationship with her partner. The UK Border Agency accepted our application she was granted a three year discretionary leave to remain Visa.
